E-Bot

E-Bot is Euronda’s innovative AI assistant, developed to support operators in managing Pro System autoclaves and the Eurosafe Smart multifunction washer in real time, ensuring greater safety, efficiency and operational continuity.

Artificial Intelligence allows the user to ask any question in a simple and direct way, obtaining targeted answers and step-by-step assistance on:

• Using the device: with directions and advice on the selection, programming and customization of cycles, functions and tests;
• Error resolution: with explanations of error codes and guidance for resolving them;
• Maintenance: with advice and links to video tutorials covering routine cleaning, component inspection and periodic checks to ensure efficiency and safety;
• Sterilization and automatic cleaning processes: with information and insights on protocols, regulations and best practices.

E-Bot is always on hand on your smartphone: to access the application, simply scan the QR Code that appears on the device display. The QR Code appears automatically in case of errors and warnings.

Available in 10 languages, E-Bot meets the needs of international markets as well as the daily requirements of technicians, dental assistants and operators. To ensure the fastest possible access to technical information, its support goes beyond text-based answers. Whenever available, the chat includes direct links to technical videos on the Euronda YouTube channel, providing visual guidance for more complex procedures, as well as quick access to and download of the complete autoclave warning list.

The application is constantly being updated to provide increasingly detailed information on the use and functionality of Euronda Pro System devices, as well as valuable insights into the entire sterilization process, traceability and control tests.
