Eurosafe Smart washes and dries instruments in one fast, automated, repeatable and traceable process. Furthermore, used in synergy with the multi-enzymatic disinfectant and detergent Sanifizer Automatic, it combines the efficiency of ultrasonic washing with the cleansing and disinfection of the load, while saving the materials treated.
It offers a choice of three pre-set washing programmes and six ultrasonic cleaning programmes, as well as the option of customising certain cycle parameters.
Equipped with a cartridge system for refilling Sanifizer Automatic, located in the practical space-saving front compartment, ensuring ease of use and safety for the operator. The waste-preventing dispenser automatically withdraws the liquid according to programme and load, while the integrated softener monitors the correct regeneration of the resins, and gives a low salt warning.
At the end of each cycle, the multifunctional tank creates a file that can be transferred to a PC via USB, which contains all the data for the process (outcome, duration, quantity of detergent, operator). In addition, data can be transferred via Ethernet connection and managed using the E-Data and E-Memory software.

Thanks to its 10-litre washing tank, it can accommodate one full load of a 24-litre autoclave. It is equipped with two shelves that make it possible to make the most of the space inside the tank. All this in a bench-top device that maximises operability while minimising the external footprint.
Practical
Eurosafe Smart is designed with attention to detail to ensure maximum accessibility to the user: the upper opening system of the tank makes it easy to inspect the load and optimises space (only 78 cm height clearance is required for positioning the device); Sanifizer Automatic is refilled using a cartridge system in the front compartment, ensuring practicality, speed and safety; the salt compartment, also located in the front, makes it easy to refill the salt, even while the machine is running.
User-friendly
The 4.3’’ touch screen display has a simple and intuitive interface and allows a choice of three pre-set washing programmes (pre-wash, standard, intensive) and six for ultrasonic cleaning. In just a few clicks, you can access all the functions and customise the washing cycles by selecting the load, duration, temperature, drying and concentration of the detergent, according to your needs.
Customisable
In all pre-set washing cycles it is possible to select the half load option (using only one shelf) to optimise time and consumption of water and detergent, and the ECO mode to decrease detergent consumption by 30%, leaving the cleaning performance unaltered. You can also start a custom cycle by defining the temperature, the duration of the washing and drying phase and the concentration of detergent.

Automated washing
Washing and drying in one process
Eurosafe Smart performs pre-washing, ultrasonic washing, and drying in a single cycle, eliminating the need for manual cleaning, and thereby ensuring more effective results in less time and with less risk for the operator. It also allows the control and customization of washing and drying parameters (duration, detergent concentration and temperature).
Used in synergy with the multi-enzymatic disinfectant and detergent Sanifizer Automatic, it combines the efficiency of ultrasonic washing with the cleansing and disinfection of the load, while saving materials. The use of Eurosafe Smart with Sanifizer Automatic meets the requirements of EN 15883-5.
To ensure maximum efficiency and reduce waste, Eurosafe Smart is equipped with a dispenser that automatically adjusts the dosage of the disinfectant according to the selected programme and load.
Pre-washing
This stage uses cold water to remove organic substances and the most superficial dirt.
Washing (ultrasound + cleansing and disinfection)
When the water reaches 40°C, Sanifizer Automatic is injected, which guarantees a combined cleansing and disinfection action. Thanks to its neutral pH, it is suitable for even the most delicate materials, avoiding oxidative and corrosive effects on instruments.
After this, ultrasonic washing starts, together with disinfection. High-frequency sound waves effectively remove even the most stubborn soiling, such as dirt, cement and debris, ensuring deep and thorough cleaning. This process also cleans the internal surfaces of the instruments, without damaging them.
Rinsing
Any residues on the load left by the detergent used in the previous phase are removed.
Drying
The final stage of the process is achieved through effective distribution of air at 120°C within the chamber to obtain, when the device is opened, perfectly dry material ready for packaging.

Cavitation is the principle behind ultrasonic cleaning: ultrasonic waves generate micro-bubbles that burst inside the liquid in the tank. This process allows dirt residues to be removed from even the most difficult-to-reach surfaces, ensuring deep and uniform cleaning without damaging the materials.
Degas Phase
The first phase consists of degassing the immersion liquid. This process is used to eliminate gases dissolved in the water that could interfere with cavitation. During degassing, the machine emits ultrasound by alternating pulses and pauses, allowing the gas bubbles to rise to the surface and disperse. Once completed, cavitation will be more effective and cleaning more uniform.
Boost Phase
This involves amplifying the power of the ultrasound to remove stubborn dirt. This phase runs for a limited duration to avoid damaging extremely delicate materials.
Normal Phase
The power and frequency of ultrasound are set at normal and optimal levels for daily cleaning of objects and materials that do not require intensive treatments.
Sweep Phase
It ensures a homogeneous distribution of ultrasonic waves within the tank by slightly varying the frequency of ultrasonic waves in a continuous and controlled manner. This technology has two advantages: it improves cleaning efficiency and optimises cavitation.

Traceability
Full and safe control of the procedures
Eurosafe Smart makes it possible to keep track of every cycle that is run: at the end of each cycle a file is created with all the data for the process (outcome, duration, quantity of detergent, operator) that can be transferred to a PC via USB or Ethernet connection (both supplied). The data can be managed on a PC using dedicated software: E-Data and E-Memory. It is also possible to enable up to twenty users by entering a password.
E-Memory
E-Memory is the software for the complete archiving, management and traceability of all sterilization cycles and data directly on a PC. This application can automatically, semi-automatically or manually capture data from the sterilization process and save it directly to the computer. This data can be easily organised, searched, printed and emailed.

For each complete cycle, the Eurosafe Smart uses approximately 50 ml of Sanifizer Automatic. The 1-litre cartridge allows up to 20 cycles to be carried out, with automatic dosing by means of an anti-waste dispenser that autonomously withdraws the liquid according to the programme and load.
The salt compartment, located in the front, simplifies loading, which is also possible during washing. The integrated softener constantly monitors the level and indicates on the display if it is missing.
