The Eurosafe 170, designed for clinics with high volumes, has a 170-litre chamber with two load levels, capable of handling a load equivalent to 4 loads of a 24L autoclave. The Eurosafe 60, which is more suitable for small and medium-sized practices, has a 60-litre chamber, equal to 2 loads of a 24L autoclave.
Both the Eurosafe 60 and Eurosafe 170 have an integrated softener and run on mains water. However, when the water hardness exceeds 30°F, an external water treatment system is required. This measure not only preserves the reliability of the thermal disinfector, reducing residues in the chamber and on the instruments, but also guarantees a better quality of cleaning of the load.
Yes. The 3.5” colour display shows the cycle status and active parameters (temperature, A0). Furthermore, the transparent tempered glass door allows the contents to be monitored during washing and allows intervention in the event of the incorrect positioning of the load inside the chamber.
Drying takes place through forced hot air that is injected into the chamber from several points and eliminates moisture even inside the hollow instruments, making the instruments immediately ready for packaging.
At the end of each cycle, a file is generated reporting all data, validating the load if the recorded temperatures are compliant. The data are saved on USB and can be transferred to a computer via an Ethernet connection or printed on thermal paper (both optional accessories). Both the Eurosafe 60 and Eurosafe 170 are compatible with E-Memory software for the complete storage and management of data on a computer.
Yes. Both models are compatible with 1, ½ or ¼ DIN cassettes, which can be positioned using 4 or 8-slot inserts.
There are 20 pre-set programs on both the Eurosafe 60 and Eurosafe 170, from which you can choose 3 favourites to match the buttons below the display so that they can be easily selected. Furthermore, the programmes can be customised according to the needs of the practice, based on the material to be treated, adjusting duration and washing temperature.
Yes. Thanks to the recording of critical parameters (time, temperature, disinfection phase), Euronda Pro System thermodisinfectors allow validation in accordance with regulations that is useful in the event of legal disputes.
The Eurosafe 60 and Eurosafe 170 use two liquids, injected into the chamber independently thanks to the integrated automatic dispenser, from the Euronda Sanifizer line to ensure effective and complete cleaning: Sanifizer Enzymatic, an enzymatic liquid detergent designed to effectively remove organic residues, and Sanifizer Neutralizer, a neutralising liquid that prevents instrument corrosion.
